David A. Baxter
President

Dave Baxter made his vision a reality when he co-founded OSP Consultants, Inc. in 1984, creating an engineering and construction firm to service the ever-changing needs of a newly deregulated American telecommunications market. As executive vice-president, Dave oversaw OSP's program management and international market divisions as well as the company's sales efforts. The program management and international markets' divisions comprised over one-third of the company's total revenues and formed the strategic focus of the company. Dave's experience in the telecommunications industry goes back 23 years, when he worked as a construction engineer for a large telecommunications provider. Moving up through the corporate ranks, Dave gained hands-on experience in the engineering, construction and management of many large-scale projects. He then parlayed these skills into a successful consulting business, providing professional services to many large telecommunications providers, such as MCI, Sprint, TCG, MFS, Winstar and Nortel. Dave continues to develop and maintain strong industry alliances with telecommunications service companies and equipment providers to meet clients' growing network infrastructure needs.

David Baxter holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia and a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University.
